(1) You are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions in using this gift card (“gift card”). 

(2) The gift card can only be used by designated clients of Citibank and must register as members of Jebsen Corporate Solutions. 

(3) The gift card is considered null and void upon expiry. Only one gift card can be used in one single order. 

(4) The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount arrangement, coupon offers, birthday or promotional offers. 

(5) The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and must be enjoyed at the full-face value in one transaction. No refund will be given if the purchase amount is less than the face value. 

(6) In the event of any defective goods in any transaction which is settled in whole or in part by gift card, replacement of the goods will be the sole remedy available circumstances will any refund be made. 

(7) The gift card can only be used once. 

(8) The gift card is void if damaged, defaced, stolen or lost. No replacement will be arranged. 

(9) Jebsen Consumer Products Co. Ltd reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions any time without prior notice, and in case of dispute decision by Jebsen Consumer Products Co. Ltd on or in connection with any matters concerning the use of the gift card shall be final. 

(10) In the event of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

(11) This gift card is not offered by Citibank.
